Shipping costs
LEDTECH-SHOP products are stored in German warehouses and can be shipped quickly and including insurance for traceability to European countries. Depending on the size and weight of the product, we offer the following shipping methods for each product company. You can select your preferred shipping company and method directly from the order shipping list at the end of your order submission.
Delivery of goods is made by shipping to the delivery address specified by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
If the transport company returns the shipped goods to the seller because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer shall bear the costs for the unsuccessful shipment. This does not apply if the customer exercises his right of withdrawal by refusing acceptance, if he is not responsible for the circumstance that led to the impossibility of delivery, or if he was temporarily prevented from accepting the offered service, unless the seller had given him reasonable advance notice of the service.
In principle, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods sold shall pass to the customer or a person authorized to receive the goods upon delivery. If the customer is acting as an entrepreneur, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration in the case of a mail order purchase shall pass upon delivery of the goods at the seller's place of business to a suitable transport person.
The seller reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in case of incorrect or improper self-delivery. This shall only apply in the event that the Seller is not responsible for the non-delivery and the Seller has, with due diligence, concluded a specific covering transaction with the supplier. The Seller shall make all reasonable efforts to procure the goods. In the event of non-availability or only partial availability of the goods, the customer will be informed immediately and the consideration will be refunded without delay.
In the case of self-collection, the seller will first inform the customer by e-mail that the goods ordered by him are ready for collection. After receiving this e-mail, the customer can pick up the goods by arrangement with the seller. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

b. If you order several items from us as part of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the shipment of goods as a whole.
c. Information on the calculation of the delivery date
The time limit for delivery begins to run in the case of payment in advance on the day after issuing the payment order to the remitting bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the time limit. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
