    Open connection cables 7–10 cm long have been soldered to both ends of all LED strips so that several strips can be mounted in series. For this reason, no power supply unit is included in the delivery, as the exact dimensions and total load must be determined in order to order a suitable power supply unit. Due to the narrow circuit board, a maximum length of 3 meters is permitted for single-sided power supply, while double-sided power supply can be extended to a maximum of 6 meters.

    Note

    If the LED strips are operated for several hours a day, we recommend additional cooling. For example, mounting on aluminum profiles provides good heat dissipation. An additional heat sink is necessary, especially with an output of more than 14.4 watts per meter. The recommended operating temperature should always be observed and the strips must not be installed in confined or enclosed spaces without cooling facilities.
